A divorce granted abroad is not automatically valid in Türkiye; recognition or enforcement is needed before it can be entered in the civil registry. In the first meeting we write down the type of decision, the documents and the timing on one page.

- Petition and documentsThe petition is prepared; the foreign decision is attached with apostille and translation.
- Hearing and registrationA short summary after the hearing; the final decision is entered in the registry.
