Who works in which language?
Five lawyers at the office. The table shows bar registration, year of admission and working languages.
03How we work
The file language is chosen first.
Court, land registry and trade registry work is in Turkish; every summary written to you is in your chosen language.
- Language and subjectChoose the file language on the form or by phone; a lawyer working in that language joins the meeting.
- First meetingDocuments are reviewed; the route, timing and cost items are written on one page in the chosen language.
- Official documentsYou receive a list of documents needing apostille and sworn translation; filings are prepared in Turkish.
- Follow-up and closingA short summary in your language after each stage; documents are returned at closing.

One office, in Muratpaşa.
Erginsoy & Kern law partnership was founded in Antalya in 2012. All lawyers are registered with the Antalya Bar Association.
Meetings take place at the office or by video call, by appointment. The file language is set in the first meeting; correspondence and summaries follow that language, official proceedings are in Turkish.
