Acquiring property in Türkiye as a foreign national is a process built around identity documents, a valuation report and a land registry appointment. In the first meeting we read the title record, zoning status and any encumbrances together and summarise the findings on one page in your chosen language.

Matters handled: preliminary and final sale agreements, leases and eviction, title transfer and mortgages, condominium disputes. We attend the land registry with a power of attorney or together with you; the official language is Turkish, and a sworn interpreter attends when needed.
